About live calls

I do not do setup or walkthrough calls. It is one person here, and the time goes into the engines rather than into screen-sharing an install that is already written down. Everything you need to get running is on the downloads page — the install steps, and a guide for every engine stating the chart and the window it expects.

Two exceptions. Anything about your subscription — billing, a license, canceling — I will pick up the phone for. And if you are a paying subscriber and want to talk something through, ask and we will find a time. During a free trial, use email or WhatsApp and I will answer properly, in writing.

What to include if you're asking about a strategy

It saves a round trip, and it is usually enough for me to answer properly the first time:

• Which engine, and which instrument you pointed it at
• Whether it is a simulation or a live account
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead
• The date and time, so I can look at the same bars you were looking at

What I can't help with

I am not a licensed financial advisor and I do not give personalized investment advice. I will not tell you how much to trade, whether to take a particular trade, or what to do with your money. I can tell you exactly what an engine does, why it did what it did on a given day, and what its published drawdown was — and I would rather answer that question well than the other one badly.

I also do not manage accounts, accept funds, or trade on anyone's behalf. If you ask me to, the answer is no.
